Using cell phones at schools is forbidden nowadays in almost every single school throughout the country. Children are first of all not allowed to use their telephones during lessons. The devices should be turned off and laying in the rucksacks, somewhere deep for the vibrations not to interrupt in the lecture of the teacher. The same goes for each school a normal pupil attends here. Actually, the problem of mobile phones is not only connected with the regulations, it is also a matter of culture and good taste! Children have to get to know that sometimes it may be rude to use the mobile phones. Especially if they might be useful while cheating! It would be pointless to warn, that obviously many other institutions put emphasis on this factor. Lets just take the issue of theory test for diving license. There is a rule concerning the mobile phones and it is written almost on every door leading to the main office. During theory test the telephones should be switched off. Even vibrating alarms have to be turned off. It is only a matter of time when a free theory test will start with being searched up by a special detector! Everything leads to a situation during which no one would be able to trust anyone else. Restrictions, fees and almost no rights in some areas of business?
