Do you really need a new bathroom

I am not a big fan of redecorating houses or flats too often. It"s true that some people get bored with their decor easily. They usually change their furniture every second year or even decide to design a new bathroom because they think that the old one looks unstylish. But when I decide to refurbish my flat, it"s always because the flat actually needs some repairs, not because my tiles or my wardrobe no longer looks attractive to me. First of all, unnecessary changes are a waste of money and time. It"s better to think beforehand and get some tiles, furniture or fixtures that are either so original that they will always look impressive or that do not follow any trends. Neutral decor may not be as fascinating but believe me, it will save you a lot of money. People who buy a new flat or house often decide to design a new bathroom in spite of the fact that sometimes it is unnecessary to build it from scratch. Why stick to your original plans if you can change them a bit and leave the old fixtures or bathroom cabinets? Living rooms can be modified a bit as well but there is no need to change everything. Of course, this is only, my opinion. I would rather save money for a holiday in France than spend it on a perfect house where I will be stuck for the summer.
