Terms & Conditions of membership

1. All information supplied to Tryst Introductions will be treated in the strictest confidence. All personal details are protected by the data protection act 1984 and 1998 and only limited details will be given to other members selected by Tryst Introductions as being suitable matches, based on the requirements of both parties.

2. Tryst Introductions reserves the right to refuse membership without disclosing the reason. In this instance a refund will be given.

3. We do not accept membership from anyone who has, to our knowledge, ever been on the sex offenders register or anyone who, to our knowledge, has ever been convicted of a serious crime. In accepting these terms and conditions you are declaring that you have no such record and anyone in breach of this trust will be struck off our register without a refund and their personal details may be disclosed to the relevant authorities.

4. All confidential information supplied to Tryst Introductions is assumed to be accurate, with no relevant information withheld. Tryst Introductions reserves the right to withdraw membership, without refund of fees, from any member who knowingly provides false or misleading information or whose integrity becomes suspect. Proof of identity (copy of driving licence or passport, plus a copy of a utility bill) is required from all members before an introduction is sent.

5. It is a members’ responsibility to inform Tryst Introductions in writing if they wish to terminate their membership and have their details removed from our files.

6. A high standard of courtesy and respect is expected of our members and any feedback to the contrary may result in cancellation of membership without a refund of fees paid.

7. It is the responsibility of members to take the agency’s advice regarding personal safety and Tryst Introductions will not be held responsible for the actions of its members.

8. Tryst Introductions endeavours to do everything possible to introduce like-minded, suitable matches to all its members. However, Tryst Introductions can not guarantee that any clients introduced to each other will be willing or able to meet at convenient times; neither can they guarantee that members will form lasting relationships through the company.

9. Tryst Introductions promises to introduce its members to other members whose requirements match their own. Therefore a specific number of introductions can not be guaranteed.

10. Should their circumstances change, clients may amend their details at any time, in writing to Tryst Introductions head office. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of membership at any time.

Your statutory rights are not affected by the above.
